Double Trouble Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

Makes about 18 cookies

  • 110g dairy-free spread
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup soft brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsps oat milk
  • 1 cup gluten free plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 100g NOMO deliciously dark chocolate broken

Vegan and Allergy Friendly

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade

2. In a small bowl whisk together the dairy-free spread, sugar, salt and vanilla

3. Beat in the cocoa powder

4. Sift in the flour and bicarbonate of soda. Mix well

5. Add the NOMO deliciously dark chocolate and gently stir

6. Drop tbsp sized balls onto a uncreased baking sheet and flatten slightly

7. Bake for 10 minutes

8. Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack (it will be messy with oozy chocolate everywhere!)
